Kyle Bergstedt

President & General Counsel

Kyle works closely with all aspects of Universal along with a significant portion of our clientele. He has experience working on tax issues with the IRS and multiple areas of finance (capital budgeting, economic planning and evaluation) that allows him to understand the various needs of our clients affected by specific industries and geographic regions.

As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Kyle is proud to have served his country. After his service, he completed his undergraduate degree and then went law school at Gonzaga University (GO ZAGS!).

Kyle is actively involved in our community serving as a Board Member for North East Youth Center, a local non-profit organization providing before and after school activities for children in the community. He also contributes to our community by volunteering for 2nd Harvest Food Bank and sponsoring/participating in the Transitions golf tournament to benefit homeless women and children.
