March 24, 2014 – Universal Funding, one of the country’s leading invoice factoring companies, announced today that they will be attending the IFA Conference with seven representatives, including the Owners and staff from Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Broker Relations, and Operations.
“This is our largest group to attend the conference in recent years,” states owner, Henry Wozow. “Those attending from Universal Funding will be a great representation of our team and they are looking forward to being educated on the trends in our industry so that we can be sure we are doing the best practices for our clients.”
The International Factoring Association’s (IFA) goal is to assist the factoring community by providing information, training, purchasing power and serve as a resource for the industry.
Founded in 1999, the International Factoring Association provides an avenue for commercial factors to get together and discuss a variety of issues and concerns in the industry. By working together, commercial factors have an easy way to disseminate information and have a single voice in the marketplace. Association members also have group buying power in negotiating for goods and services.
The 20th Annual Factoring Conference will be held in the Westin St. Francis, in San Francisco, California between April 9th and 12th, 2014. The Universal Funding delegates are looking forward to the exceptional keynote speakers including Jeffrey Ma, Dean Karnazes, and Dr. Christopher Thornberg. The conference will provide the opportunity for Universal’s team to hone in on best practices as well as meet competitors and grow relationships with brokers and vendors.
